Return & Refund

1. Returns:

Due to the nature of our Ayurveda products, we do not accept returns except in cases where the product is damaged during transit.

2. Damaged Products:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 of receiving the product. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging. A replacement may be offered, subject to verification.

3. Refunds:

Refunds will only be issued for damaged products that cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our return policy would apply.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.
